I have had my ssrrrmp40 for just over a year now. In that time I
have had a minor magazine issue, and a stock issue. Both
concerns were quickly takencare of by Chuck and his staff. This
gun has been to numerous events, including some "tacticals".
It's looks are so close to the originals, that most people had
trouble telling them arart untill they were shown where to look.
Functionwise, the gun has consistently been reliable . On more
than one occasion my ssroom mp proved more reliable than
originals with blank adapters, and that included a movie shoot.
thanks guys for a great product that I have no qualms about

I have never had more fun than sneaking up on a poor soul on guard
duty with a rifle and peeling-off some full-auto magic and then
watch the realism of the moment take over as he runs full speed
away from me without even looking back. My wife even carried it
as a partisan in a Tunisian campaign and startled the U.S. G.I.
's by just carrying it around. And best of all, it really
broke-in well and is a real pleasure to own! |

Chuck and co. I received my mp back in late April. I jut used
it at the Reading air show in front of a few thousand people
watching the town battles there. I fired about 450 rds during 4
shows and it worked wonderfully. Many of the guys in GD 7th
kompanie got to see it in action for the first time. I received
many positive comments about your product. We held it next to an
original and other then 1 1/2 overall length it was dead on.

If you live in a state like mine and can't have full-auto weapons,
or don't want to pay $14,000.00 for a real one, then I highly
recommend you pick one up. Experienced some jams here and there,
but if you keep it clean of carbon then you'll be a happy

Overall product is excellent with some areas
of improvement needed. These areas are: 1. Magazine housing
needs to be attached tighter 2. Magazines tend to wobble from
front to back and fall out due to the reversed design of feed
3. Receiver assembly needs to be machined for a tighter

The only suggestion i can offer is to work on
the magazine catch a bit. The catch could operate a bit more
smoothly. In addition, 1 out of 6 mag's won't lock securely in
the mag well. |

I rec'd my MP-40 about a week ago and though i haven't had a
chance to let 'er rip yet, I'm very satisfied with the product.
The internal design is really clever and shows a lot of thought
went into it. The cosmetics are great. Overall i'd give it a 9.5
with the one minor flaw being that the magazines could lock a bit
more securely in the mag well. On my piece, a couple mags tend to
rock around a bit and will come free if they are wiggled around.
beyond that, you've created a masterpiece!!! Thanks Chuck for all
your hard work and research.

A remarkable replica - the blank-firing
functionality is completely hidden. Construction and finish is
top-notch, authenticity is incredible. My only nit - my
bakelite stock must have developed a bubble on the bottom
during the injection-molding process, hidden by a thin layer
of flash, which broke, leaving a pencil-eraser sized crater
where the bottom pin goes through the stock. |

Received my MP40 Monday afternoon, put two
magazines through without a problem. W compared it to a
"real" MP40 and were very satisfied. It was
difficult to see any difference between the two. We fired the
"real" MP40 and my blank gun and in my opinion the
blanks sounded better |

The MP40 ran great at my first event. Only a
few misfires but it was caused by a loose magazine catch. This
is no junk Japanese cap gun. It iis just like the real deal.
It is worth every penny. I would like to see a push/pull bolt
and ribbed magazines as well. |

your money and then loose interest in your satisfaction once

I'm very impressed with the MP40! Only 1 misfire out of 100 rounds! The look and feel is very good. It sounds like all hell is breaking loose when fired. This is not some Jap or Chinese junk toy, this is a can of "woop ass" that any reenactor will love to own as a replacement for the real deal, without the hassles. I can't wait to show the guys in my unit! Very good and the sound is excellent. Rate of fire is a little fast but very good. I'm very happy I purchased your product, overall it gets a 9 out of 10. Now an affordable and believable replacement has taken hold in our hobby! Now an affordable and reliable true blank fire non gun is on the market. No more Jap or Chinese

I just took delivery of my
MP40 the night before a reenactment. I barely had enough time
to review the instructions and load mags before going out in
the field. My MP worked flawlessly right out of the box. My
unit commander was beside me when I fired my first burst, and
he said "That gun ROCKS!". The blanks were every bit
as loud as live ammo and fed well. As a firearms enthusiast,
and instructor I know it is not uncommon to have some issues
even with brand new "real" weapons. It's great to
get something that works the way it's supposed to. As a
re-enactor I can only say this is the wave of the future. No
paper work hassles, full auto, no problems, fair price, and a

MP-40 performed magnificently at its first
event. Just a few misfires due to carbon and powder
fouling. My unit CO was impressed with it, though he
mentioned that the mag well was pinned on too lose, and there
was too much play in the fit there, I had one bad
magazine out of six. Ran about 400 rounds through it at
a full day event with two jams only. I am very pleased.
I would like to get some extra MP-40 Mags and some more ammo
before my next event. |

Got my gun the other day and want to say its
great, functions great and the only difference is the length by
the front strap. The only way most people would know is to
put it side by side with a real gun, which I did. This will make
reenactiong so much better; it frees up the paper work hassle
plus not using a real gun and devaluing it. Keep up the
guns and they will all sell. Well cant wait for some GI's to get
their hands on some of the American guns. |

Cons: The nut at the base of the barrel needs to be fixed
such that it doesn't become loose. The cloth strap's
buckle frequently comes undone and the strap loosens. Some
magazines more prone to jamming than others. |
