By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner, and that he/she is of legal
age. Further, the "Terms of Sale" have been read and are agreed
to and one of the Affidavit Forms for Non-Guns will
be completed and returned prior to shipment.
Blank firing only non-guns (BFONG) are available for purchase over this web site. No Federal license is required, but you must be
over 18 years of age to purchase blank guns. The BUYER is responsible for determining whether there are local prohibitions toward
the sale or use of blank firing guns. Never display a blank gun in public in a way where someone may think that you have a real gun.
Schoessler's Supply Room will not be held liable for the illegal use or misuse of the items sold on this website. Further, when
transporting a BFONG it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the laws and ordinances where traveling are adhered to at
all times.
It is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT THE SELLER, to ascertain, and obey ALL applicable local, state, federal and international
laws in regards to the possession and use to any item on this site. All of the products sold on this site are sold subject to public
law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before
ordering, if you are in doubt. Absolutely NO sales to anyone under the age of 18! By placing an order, the buyer represents that the
products ordered will be used in a lawful manner, and that he/she is of legal age. Further, they waive Schoessler's Supply Room,
LLC of any liability for any use or misuse of any product on this site.
Returns:
Returns can only be made if the product is in unused condition and within 10 working days from date of shipment to buyer, except for
custom items and BFONG's (see below). You must Contact us by email prior to returning any item in order to obtain a Return Merchandise
Agreement (RMA) number prior to return. Once you have a RMA Number, please return item in original packaging and condition. Please be
sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and send the package postpaid and insured. Any returns made
without a RMA will be returned to sender. Include a copy of your invoice as well as a note explaining the reason for the return. Schoessler's
Supply Room is not responsible for lost or damaged goods as a result of shipping. Schoessler's Supply Room reserves the right to apply a
10% restocking fee to any returns made. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns.
Warranty:
Products sold through Schoessler's Supply Room are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects; damage caused by abuse/misuse will not
be covered. All products except the blank only guns
and SSR manufactured firearms are sold with a
30 day warranty unless otherwise specified. Blank Firing Only Non
Guns carry a 1 year warranty from the date of shipment.
SSR Manufactured firearms carry a 90 day
warranty from date of shipment. Contact us immediately with any warranty issues you might have so we can assist
you in getting the problem resolved as fast as possible. You must obtain a return merchandise agreement (RMA) number prior to return,
(see RETURNS). Warranted items will be repaired or replaced at the option of Schoessler's
Supply Room. Buyer is responsible for all shipping
and handling costs incurred. Schoessler's
Supply Room is not responsible for lost or damaged goods as a result of shipping. Warranties are
made to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
Damaged Items:
All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your
package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO
US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.
Custom items:
Custom made items are those items made specifically for you in the size and colors you specify. These items usually include such as things
Uniforms, Crushers and Peeked hats and all items "made to order". They are all made with the finest materials by experienced craftsman and
we are confident that you will be extremely happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, please notify us immediately and we
will do all that is possible to make it right. However, please note the following: These items can only be returned for adjustments, repairs
or replacement. Further we will do so at our expense only if the mistake was ours. If the mistake was made on our part and what you got was
not what you ordered, we are deeply sorry and will make the corrections for you and will even pay to have the item shipped back to us.
However, in the case of uniforms, if you specified a size and have found it to be incorrect because you measured wrong it's your responsibility
to get it altered, we can do it for you but there will be an alteration charge and shipping is at your expense. Finally, we regret it but, do
to the items being custom made to your sizes and standards we can not make refunds on custom products.
SSR40 Firearms and Builder's Kits
The SSR40 is warranted against manufacturer
defects for 90 days after delivery.
There are no refunds on firearms.
Builder's kits are considered a custom item.
They provide all the parts necessary to
build your parts kit into a functioning semi
automatic firearm. There is no
warranty for these builds or parts. It
also requires modifications to your parts
kit. There will be not refunds on the
SSR40 Builder's Kit.
Blank Firing Only Non Guns (BFONG):
BFONGs are the blank firing only non gun replicas sold through Schoessler's Supply Room. BFONGs are shipped with a permanently installed blaze orange barrel plug in accordance with federal laws, unless the theatrical affidavit is signed and returned prior to shipment. If the theatrical affidavit is singed and returned, NO orange plug will be installed. All sales of BFONGs are final, however, we do warrant the product to be as advertised! Warranty of the product is from the date of shipment; please see "Warranty" info above.
Although, the BATFE has determined the SSR BFONGs to
be “not firearms”, and therefore legal in every
state, it is still possible that there are local
restrictions, banning the BFONGs in some
communities. Schoessler's Supply Room does not and
will not be held responsible for researching
ordnances or legality of BFONGs in local
communities. It is the buyer’s responsibility to
ensure the BFONGs legality in their area prior to
purchase.
When not in stock or in the assembly process, deposits will be accepted. The deposit secures your order and promises the completion of the sale. Deposits are not refundable. Final payments are due when the assembly process begins - we send out email notifications at this point as well as post it on the “Status” page of our website. BFONGs that are not paid in full when we begin the assembly process will slip down the production schedule so that as the BFONGs are completed they can be shipped immediately. Once adjustments to the production schedule are made - those BFONGs that the "assembly process” has started on will be completed and shipped prior to further adjustments being made (i.e. payments made at that point will keep you from sliding further down the production schedule, but will not bump your order up or return it to it’s original position). Invoices will be held “open” for 90 days following the notification of “Balance Due” and the beginning of the assembly process. During this time the assembly of your BFONG will not start and your order will continue to “slide” down the production schedule, therefore, it is not an option to make final payment “when I pick up the BFONG”. If after 90 days, payment in full has not been made, the invoice will be closed and any deposit made will be forfeited.
